Everything it takes to run in Europe.
Three pillars. Comply — every EU regulation, with named representatives where the law asks for one. Operate — hire and pay a local workforce in 27 member states without forming an entity. Establish — when you're ready, we form the entity, open the bank account, and keep every annual filing on calendar.
Comply, operate, and establish — in that order.
Most companies meet us at Comply — GDPR Article 27 is the moment a US-shaped product first needs a named EU entity. Operate comes next, when you hire your first European. Establish lands when the milestones stack up: enterprise contracts, EU funds, regulated launches, entity-native investors.
Every EU regulation.
Named representatives for every regulation that asks for one, plus a hosted trust hub and a dedicated DPO when you need it.

What founders ask first.
Do I have to use all three pillars?
No — most companies start with one. Comply is the most common entry point, usually because GDPR Art. 27 has been triggered. Operate joins when the first EU hire goes out. Establish lands when entity-level milestones stack up. Each pillar works standalone.
Is the pricing bundled if I take more than one pillar?
Yes. We offer bundle discounts on the compliance stack (15% on three products) and EOR automatically includes payroll at no extra fee. Establish products price as flat fees plus monthly, so the savings show up as a single setup-lead hour budget instead of five.
Can I migrate from other vendors?
Yes. We've taken over GDPR representations from EU law firms, EOR contracts from Deel and Remote, DPO engagements from boutique privacy shops, and annual-filings cycles from local accountants. Most migrations are one billing cycle, no continuity gap.
What's the difference between Establish and Operate?
Operate lets you employ people in Europe without an entity — we're the legal employer. Establish is when you do want a local entity, usually because a European investor, buyer, regulator, or product milestone requires one. Many customers run Operate for years before graduating to Establish.
Who's our point of contact?
A named setup lead, plus a shared Slack channel that includes our compliance counsel, HR ops, and finance. You get one monthly written summary across every product, and one call when a signature is needed.
Is there a single master agreement?
Yes. One MSA covers every product, with lightweight addenda per mandate. Liability caps, data processing, and termination clauses are consistent across the entire stack — so legal review is once, not fourteen times.
