What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Managers.
- Drive the onboarding and compliance implementation process for new customers.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure a seamless experience.
- Improve and streamline internal processes for maximum efficiency.
- Track and enhance key metrics & KPIs for customer success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Teams, and Support.
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to enhance product functionality.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, HR tech, or related fields.
- 2+ years leading a team, with a passion for mentorship and growth.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in regulatory compliance, GDPR, or EU operational processes.
- Experience working at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Background in fintech, HR tech, or compliance-related SaaS products.
